THE ASK
Franchise groups across the country needed strong visual assets to support employee recruitment and retention campaigns from seasonal pushes to next-gen store launches. Each project needed a cohesive look and feel across stills and video, often produced on tight timelines with tight production budgets.

The Approach

I served as both still photographer and director of photography, working closely with the creative team to plan and execute production for each campaign. I helped determine and organize the shot lists, coordinated talent and locations, and led the execution of both still and motion content on-set.

When needed, I also stepped into a client-facing role to manage approvals, align expectations, and keep production flowing smoothly.

The Result

The content was used nationally across social media, recruitment platforms, internal presentations, and in restaurant materials. The consistency in still and motion visuals helped unify franchise efforts while celebrating the unique voices of each organization.
